We stand by the quality of our products and the experience you will have with them.
So, if you are not happy with your rope, for whatever reason, simply send them back for a full refund within 60 days of delivery.
It's that simple. No risk at all.
If you would like to return your product for a refund, simply contact us and we'll initiate the Refund Process.
How does it Work?
- We'll ask you to send your product back to us.
- Once we receive your returned product, we'll inspect it to make sure it's complete and in good condition. We will then process a full refund using the payment method you used to purchase (including your original shipping cost)
