Size Exchange Process

We offer a "No Nonsense" exchange program if you choose the wrong size rope or set.

Our expectation is that you have the time to try your new ropes and make sure the rope size is correct based on your height and technique. When you first receive your ropes, try them on a soft non-abrasive surface (eg. carpet, rubber) and if you're happy with the size, you're good to go.

If you're not happy with the size and you feel the length of the rope is too long or short, let us know and we'll initiate the Size Exchange Process:

1. We'll ask you to send your ropes back to us via AusPost and update us with the tracking number. 
2. Once we receive your returned ropes, we'll resend your new size ropes within 48 hours. We'll also cover the postage cost of this new delivery.

It's that simple. 

We recognize the sizing of ropes can vary across individuals, based on jumping technique and experience. It's, therefore, our promise to make sure you end up with the right size for you, or we'll refund your money.
