What If I'm in between 2 Sizes?
If you happen to fall in-between two sizes (example – you’re 5’8.5″ or 1.74m tall and you’re not sure whether to go Medium or Large), we recommend using the following guidelines:
- If you’re new to jump rope training and have never jumped before, go with the longer option (Large, in this example) as this will give you more room for error as you’re learning.
- If you already have experience with jumping or you’re generally well-coordinated, then it really comes down to personal preference. If you want to maximize the speed of your jumping, go with the shorter option (Medium, in this example). If you generally enjoy jumping with a longer rope for tricks and freestyle jumping, go with the longer option (Large, in this example).
